Yes. Every office is "Ready-to-Work". Move in, log in, and get started. We use professional-grade hardware that remains stable even at full capacity across all 7 units.

Our offices come fully furnished with high-quality furniture as standard. However, if you prefer your own setup (e.g. specialised coding stations or sales boards), we'll find a custom solution.

Maximum flexibility. With our 24/7 access system, you can work whenever your business demands – whether it's early-bird sales calls or late-night coding sessions.

No. We believe in transparency. The infrastructure flat rate (electricity, water, cleaning, high-speed internet, and unlimited coffee) is already included in the Private Office rent.

Absolutely. As a tenant, you get priority booking for our conference rooms – for client meetings or sprints – easily via app, email, or calendar.
